Celebrate Creativity, Celebrate Children.
The IAFA'10 workshop created ripples in the creative minds thus announcing its punch line. This year the workshop was conducted by Ms. Deepshikha Singh who was accompanied by her Camera Crew Mr. Madhu. The workshop was attended by friendship schools namely Bhartiya Vidya Bhavans, Swaminarayan Rai English Vidya Niketan with about 100 students coming together on 7th and 8th Sep 2010 at St. Xavier's High School Hingna Branch.
The workshop proceedings were anchored by Mst. Sanket Gomase the 1st IAFA Winner from Nagpur 2009 and Ms. Alkesha Shende. Mst. Gomase also bagged special gift for his very first registration for IAFA. The day began with Lord's Prayer and Prayer Song after which the Principal and the co-ordinating teachers of friendship schools were felicitated with a sapling. By the Principal, Ms. Pallavi Dadhe.
IAFA WORKSHOP CREATES RIPPLES
Ms. Deepshikha in a very lively manner introduced IAFA Iceplex and various categories and asked several mind boggling questions. The glimpses of grand IAFA 2009 were screened. She interacted with the students who were charged with enthusiasm and promised her for their participation in IAFA.
The session came to an end with formal vote of thanks by Ms. Persis Ratanparj an IAFA 2009 finalist.
Ms. Pallavi Dadhe, the Principal of St. Xavier's High School MIDC has conveyed her gratitude to Chairman Dr. A. F. Pinto and Managing Director Madam Grace for providing such a wonderful platform to the students to exhibit their creativity, talents and make them believe that they would nurture and nourish their dreams.
Administrator Mr. Nishit Vijayan, Principal of Hiwri Branch Ms. Padmaja Marathe, Head Mistress Ms. Shashibala Dhotekar have thanked Ms. Deepshikha Singh for conducting the workshop.
